A scheme design is the basis for execution of all construction documents. What is more, after development of the former, the future construction is to be approved with the authorities. The wrong diagram of the exterior wall-foundation junction has been chosen. As a result, after insulation of the base, the dado of the house protrudes extensively and looks non-aesthetic.

Foundation failure
During erection of the foundation blocks the bottom width of the internal and external walls was made equal at different loads and without consideration of the geology of the soils, what resulted in foundation failure and, as a result, in structural cracking

Coming off of the tile
Absence of waterproofing and insulation of the foundation, and of pavement around the building has resulted in coming off of the tile and appearance of white efflorescence on the joints

Crack formation
The slabs rest directly on the Ytong/claydite/clay aerated block work without an armor-clad belt, what may result in falling of the walls at the wall-foundation junction

Load on the ceiling slabs
The partition links at the top on to the ceiling slab without a densifier, being an intermediate support for the slab, what may result in the cracks in the partition and ceiling slab.

Mold formation
During construction of the balcony thermal bypasses were not considered, what resulted in congeliturbation of the adjoining ceiling slab and formation of mold.
